It's still better to buy from a homesteader obviously, but the idea is to raise your eggs yourself.
Not cheap but ship anywhere.
Hard to keep free range birds from consuming what they want, including wild sunflower, however during the winter our supplemental feed includes mealworms and black soldier fly larvae, legumes, fish meal, corn, barley, oats, alfalfa hay, and oyster shell. They also get tons of fresh fruit and veggies year round. 🤙🏻
