Thx 🙏🏻 for your reply!!
Yes we’re doing schnitzel pop ups , the reason is the economic situation in Germany in fine dining scene, we figure out new buisness strategies, one of them is street food and I’m not a vegetarian.
The reason why we serve vegetables in our fine dining menu is that I discovered them more and more as the perfect base for creating my dishes… they’re more transformable than fish or meat, what is very important for me. And I want to be part of change in fine dining industry what value is about ( now just caviar, shellfish, foie gras etc..) becomes more and more expensive in fiat, I hate that all menus in the world are the same.
Oysters, Monkfish and many other fine foods used to be poor foods until they became fashionable and in demand.
Don't make Onions fashionable, I like them a lot 😂
I’m in the same struggle 😂🫶🏻

Ok very cool, thank you for your answer! Non-meat food content is also rather rare in the bitcoin space 😂 I love meat myself but yeah, you don't need to do too much to it for it to taste great. Your dishes really do look transformative. I am gonna go there next time I am in Berlin.
