I've been nostring for over a year now... as I best recall, being a long-time bitcoiner, I kept hearing bits and pieces about nostr here and there, on twitter and telegram and elsewhere. I think I finally loaded Amethyst, and with some encouragement from a friend, Alby and Bluewallet.
Then Bluewallet rugpulled its Lighting offering, and I switched to and began recommendating WoS. Of course, the state pressure then forced WoS to withdraw its US presence... so I'm trying to figure out where to go next...π€£π
