Chi is a nice thing to focus on, that and the lifestyle changes that impacts health. I was wondering why alternative medicines are not widely accepted in the west and vilified - Andrew Huberman, Barbara O'Neil. Over in the east its fairly common - chinese traditional medications, ayurvedic, jamu . In my country (south east asia) here larger public hospitals have a section for alt meds (then again alt meds alone is not enough, its a lifestyle change)
