Shiso oil will take it to another level! You can just try stuff.

Blanch a good amount of picked Shiso leaves. Shake them in an ice bath. Once cooled take Shiso and strain out in a fine mess strainer pick out ice cubes. Let drain and squeeze out excess liquid until mostly dry. Rough chop. Add to blender and add just to cover with extra virgin olive oil or equivalent to you in blender. Blend soft then high until incorporated. Do let it heat up in blender. Take a cheese cloth and place in fine mess strainer, pour Shiso-oil blend into filter over a dripping container and wrap in plastic wrap. Add lace in fridge over night and collect in the morning. Never force any liquid/oil out of it. Then you will have Shiso oil.
