Im hoping the plan is to get this debt buy bitcoin where possible and then use the bitcoin as a financing collateral to pay off the IMF and just be free of it.

I believe this is a naive thought. You think IMF will let them do it? Again, very baive IMHO.

If we assume he is being forced to then theres no conversation to have. If he has a choice, then I assume he has a plan that makes reasonable sense.
