I’ve mostly ignored it too, except for a few cases. But man when I see people getting passive aggressive and insulting wanting other people to give handouts it’s a big fucking “nope” from me. Gtfo off my timeline with that shit.

Problem for the people who do this is they'll be found out pretty quick, but not before they have scammed a few people.

My biggest issue as a photographer is finding a way to add value to this ecosystem but I could never just ask for handouts. There has to be an obvious value-add.
