The lack of indicators of what is happening in #Bitcoin wallets & #Bitcoin services is really ridiculous. I am so glad many of the services & wallets are there, but the actual UX for many things is just trash. Having large amounts of money disappear for hours with no indication that anything is working is incredibly brutal the first time you use something. Having balances disappear from wallets because they have to "sync" everytime you click away from the wallet sucks too, especially when the "syncing" indicator says complete sometimes minutes before the balance shows back up.

I don't use Apple devices anymore, but one of the best apps I have ever used is LittleSnitch because it makes what are normally hidden processes visible. Proper indicators that make whatever the app does visible is the key to good UX.

There is immense value in showing how things work in a relatively simple fashion. I want things that show me the pipes in a beautiful way.
