Paying $500/mo to rent the spot my trailer is on doesn't seem so bad when most of the world is paying $1500+.

Lucky enough to have a ride or die that understands the mission.
Less bills.
More kids playing in the sand.

I mean, it's crazy expensive, people or paying 1500$+ for the appartement and the spot, but maybe the physical building/house is just worth shit and we all pay only for a "spot" with or without a complementary housing on it.
Unlimited houses can be built going sky high.
Only so many will get to actually enjoy the views and the lake itself.
