people could abuse it (eg. hosting child porn) and then your server got problems.

Hi, Yonle! I am kaiji the developer of nostr-webhost (Hostr). Child pornography and other illegal content may be posted on the hostr relay. However, hostr does not host content such as images or videos, it uploads data to a media uploader like many Nostr clients. In other words, it is possible to deal with this problem by having the media uploader delete this data, and the danger is no different from Nostr's kind: 1 notes.
