Paying to play the game ensures that it won't become spammy, as the following payment structure:

1. To create a room, you must pay 100 sats.

2. To join a room, you must pay 100 sats.

3. Play the game

4. The winner of the game will receive/withdraw 150 sats.

5. There will be a relay fee of 50 sats.

You can create a different key for that to not spam the feed. When hierarchical deterministic keys go mainstream you'd be able to simply choose different derivation paths for different games and other purposes.

I mean relay spam. If the game sends too many notes it could get filtered, right?
