#nostr doesn't need a built in algorithm like ppl are asking for this aint motherfucking Twitter lmao you algorithms go to Twitter or Facebook..

#nostr is manually meaning you have to create your algorithm.. do chuuu understand... if nostr gets a built in algorithm it defeats the purpose and it will be just like every other mind controlling platform sooooo get to messing with relays...

Can you explain this better please, thank you very much

In your relay section you will find this all those green buttons is how you turn on and shut off a relay.

Nostr is open source. Couldn’t you just build your own client with your own custom algo? Or just insert it into an open source client like Iris.to

Ya they can build one.. it just wont be as authentic like nistr with no algorithm is.. lmao

Thank you very much, one more question, on verification, it turns blue and then it turns red with a question mark, why? Sorry for asking, thanks

Ok good question lmao 🤣 im still trying to figure that one out 🤪🤪

Thanks, I'll try to look it up too

The only caveat is that notes are very time sensitive. If someone logs in to Nostr in 10 minutes they probably won’t see this thread and it will lost forever.

Not if you do this (boost)

Thanks, someone else said it.

Also maybe post better notes so they get moved around. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Hahah ouch

Truth hurts! 😂

Seeing this an hour later

#nostr definitely have a problem of contents being lost.

Meaning lifetime of any post is very less.

So tthere is a good chance that you would miss a good content while you were sleeping or something else.

Algorithms whose sole purpose can be to bring unseen content can have a good use case for nostr.

Why would you want every note that you post saved in a database that doesn't make sense to me? I love the fact that my notes disappear.

Your post are saved somewhere!! On the relays that you are connected to.

Exactly
