Just substitute all the seed oils with ghee. I wrote an Ayurveda cookbook ~ 10 years ago and didn't know about the ways most seed oils were processed. The recipes in the book today would be all ghee.
When you watch how rapeseed (canola) oil is made you might have second thoughts about eating any. The sheer amount of processing is eye watering. The use cases for the by-products also tell a story about how "healthy" it is.
It's industrial sludge.
