I would generally recommend explaining more, even if it might seem verbose in some cases. This way, one covers everyone, including those unfamiliar with how #Nostr works, yet.
If proposers just write it like a private note to themselves, it would be natural that this specific proposal would be ignored are very unpopular among clients & relays.
