I've seen a few clips and I'm not sure I want to listen to hours of that.
Hours might be a bit much.
I too tend to be suspicious of esoteric woo woos. But this clip for example is somewhere around 90% true IMO.
I’ve seen these concepts shown in much more… western mind ways. there is a frequency relationship between sound, light, color, energy, matter, and shape. I suspect at the root, we would find, “And God said let..” that the frequency of His voice gave shape to all things. And if we wanna go really deep, that voice, the Logos, which gave shape to all things, when made flesh, is Jesus.

Yes, I can agree with you with all that. But... Absent God speaking the universe into existence, it's just esoteric blech. Most of those that are into that sort of thing are very wrong in the head, IMO.
