"Eat the rich" is the mantra of every greedy socialist movement. The goal is always theft & slavery, but cultural differences make it easier to attack a particular "rich" as an outgroup.

Capitalism is just trade with respect for property rights.
Socialists, communists, & nazis all want to "eat the rich" in one form or another. They are all ideologies of theft & enslavement, that's the common thread separating them from capitalism.

Capitalism has created massive amounts of prosperity because it is just free trade with respect for property rights. But greedy power hungry people always attempt to twist & corrupt language. They have worked to launder socialist & communist institutions (like central banking & govt schools & govt "regulation") under the banner of "capitalism."
It's fine if you think the word "capitalism" has been corrupted enough that you prefer not to use it, but there are libertarians & anarcho-capitalists who do mean free trade with respect for property rights. You may have a hard time understanding people if you don't keep that in mind. And the freedom to trade is the source of basically all significant wealth in human history. Production & trade create wealth, theft destroys it.
