Yes & my diet was on point but nowhere near how fine tuned it is now.

It's been 5 years, but I don't feel the need to get bloodwork - maybe I'll do it for shits & giggles bc I feel incredible.

Supplementation based on podcasts is just kinda retarded.

With the money people waste on magic pills they can easily increase the quality of their diets across the board.

I see it all the damn time, I check people's fridges when I come over 🤣.
