It prohibits state funding for any University that implements mandatory DEI and/or LGBTQPTBBQ instruction or training and/or forces students to participate in it. It also requires every University receiving public funding to make a sworn statement that they are not running programs of this nature and if the particular person making that sworn statement is lying, they will personally face criminal charges.

All in all, a good law.
