1.1.1.1 isn’t bad, and it’s free.
Looking into it...seems like the ISP can still see the originating IP. They don't want ISP to be tracking their traffic.

A lot of people here like Mullvad but I haven’t tried it yet. I’ve been using Surfshark, since it’s already paid up for the year.
