At what point do you transition from being "prepared" to being a "prepper?"

You're never prepared enough, I started slowly building my emergency supply in 2005, haven't stopped their is always something else that can be useful

When people come to you for advise or you feel confident enough to advise others starting points

When you forget where the booby traps are.

Although…I suppose that would make you unprepared again.

Huh. Life really does come full circle. 🤷‍♂️

well for you it will be when we fucking say so and not a moment sooner...

got it!?

Having lived through the 2003 blackout in USA and covid (among other disasters elsewhere)...

The things that freaks me out the most is lack of electricity and government overreach

Its not that I need electricity at all, but other people absolutely lose their mjnds when there is none

Government overreach obviously (cant leave your home, cant go to the garden section at home depot, barbers going to jail for cutting hair)

The thing that stuck with me the most about Covid was not the masks or the vax, although ridiculous, but this one time I went to the supermarket and everyone was absolutely silent.

And this one dude had a literal cartful of caggabes like that dude from avatar the last air bender

Cabbages**

When prepping goes from something you do to something that defines you.

When you realize you really aren’t prepared
