Now this is hard, but I am going to admit I have no sympathy for this man's health problems. He violated his oath to uphold the constitution when he denied the senate its opportunity to hear from Merrick Garland.
The constitution calls for appointments to be conditioned on, "the Advice and Consent of the Senate." He stopped the Senate from being able to fulfill that role, so we didn't even get a chance at a justice we might have had.
Nope. No sympathy at all.
