As customer we will have to choose more human company.

It make me think about agriculture history.

- First it was only organic.

- Then industry force farmers to use fertilizers and pesticides to improve profitability

- Then people had more diseases and nature had some issues with that products

- Then some came back to product specific organic food for some who can afford it.

I think it will be the same for services and AI.

I don't want to talk to an AI, if i know it is just worthless. Reading a page to know the answer is "no" or earing an AI say "no" is the same for me. No AI needed to push me away without a real answer/service.

Perhaps the best future should to have AI for "first" hotline and real humans when the AI can't do anything. But certainly not "only AI" model.
