Malibu, pacific palisades, and Santa Monica have a lot of rich people and celebrities, yes.
But, there’s a lot of normal hard-working/down to earth families who were grandfathered into affordable mortgages.
It’s not just entitled assholes losing their homes. Not to mention all the businesses and people losing their jobs.
But, they all did decide to live in a place with a "fire season."
