Get a jade. Simple made by a true bitcoin OG and its open source. Very easy to setup and easy on the pocket unlike the others. Jade can be used as singing device like for 2fa authentication.

There is a rocker switch and a single button. The majority of key entry will be done by optimized menus and using the back/forth of the rocker and the button to confirm choice.
As you can see, everyone has many opinions. But I don't think you can go wrong with any of the devices discussed here. That is because:
They can all be operated offline and airgapped.
ColdCard or Passport have no wireless communication radios, and do not need to talk directly to a computer while it runs sensitive operations. The Jade can do that in a special "signing device" mode, where it does not use Bluetooth or a wire, but requires you to enter your seed phrase in every time you want to sign a transaction.
