Funny how it’s on the same day as the birth of the Helvetic Confederation, Switzerland. A bunch of small farming valleys, running a decentralized alliance to defend against surrounding empires. Still standing sovereign, decentralized and prosperous more than 700 years after its birth. Long live decentralized alliances.
