Could it be Monsanto and GMO bread?
Europe does not use Monsanto’s products, Germany’s Bayer just owns the company. Even here you hear about people being alergic to gluten.
subjects ate bread. and they probably felt like shit for hundreds of reasons. It's only recently that "wealthy" people eat like poors because they are only rich in inflated fiat terms.

Well, for how many years, crops are grown and harvested by excessive use of herbicides and pesticides?
Symptomps of Gluten allergies could easily be mixed up with symptoms after eqting glyphosate contaminated crops.

I think that it has always been an issue, due to mycotoxins, gluten, phytic acid or whatever. Difference is, that now information about bread's harm is spreading thanks to bro science, and the belief that "well I am just getting old" or "it is normal to have these symptoms" is dying.
