If you find some and want to cook it, avoid the ever-present Chinese-style recipes that you'll get from YouTube and so on. Not because Chinese style isn't good (I love it), but because they go for crunchy. I recommend that you try a Western recipe that goes for soft and sticky instead (but again, make sure you buy them boiled already, to save time):
