It's basically all collagen, so it helps greatly with hair, nail, skin and joint health. And if you worry about wrinkles, or rather preventing them, refilling your collagen levels regularly sure can't be bad either.

Where I'm from we use absolutely everything out of a pig, and the ears, muzzle and face parts make some of the best dishes, in my opinion. In soups, in thick stews, grilled, fried... They also happen to be the cheapest after offal, so it's all plus points.

Regardless of where you are, you should be able to get them from any decent butcher -- they will likely be pre-boiled and clean, which is what you want!

If you find some and want to cook it, avoid the ever-present Chinese-style recipes that you'll get from YouTube and so on. Not because Chinese style isn't good (I love it), but because they go for crunchy. I recommend that you try a Western recipe that goes for soft and sticky instead (but again, make sure you buy them boiled already, to save time):
