Ukraine were told that if they gave up their weapons, many years ago, which they did, that they would have the backing of the West, if they got in to diffs. Not saying that's necessarily right, but it is important context.
Your elected representatives are waving the flag of a foreign nation as they cheer for the billions they will send to fund a war you never agreed to pay for.
The money is broken. The incentives are broken. The kleptocrats are in charge. The system will not be fixed from within.
