That's why I like gymnastic strength training, personally. I feel like it really activates muscles you otherwise would not be using and strengthens a lot of weak points.

Foam rolling has also been great for my weak points. Things feel more connected the more I foam roll.

Nice yeah - there’s a spectrum of how “good” certain types of exercise are for you. Just like there’s a spectrum of functionality for nutrition and currency/“money”
