⏱️ 19:32 - shaved 45 seconds from my last time doing this. Such a good workout you can do anywhere with no equipment.

No breaks, it's just to help the mental grouping. Add one new exercise each round - ie Burpees, then Burpees + Pushups, then Burpees + Pushups + Lunges....
