I grew up in Africa "as a white minority". Can confirm I saw this exact thing, people loving in shacks in Soweto, but driving new BMWs. Madness.

Decades of aid, not one country has been taken out of poverty. It goes to enrich the people in bed with NGOs and the IMF.
