For those who are interested, I have been paying extra attention to organizing my diet over the past few months. I’m currently consuming about 75% meat.

So today, I didn’t eat anything until 12 pm, when I had an entrecote and two pork chops.

Question: What do you mainly eat during the day between the two main meals (so between 12 and 6 pm)?

Nothing, or do you also include some fiber & fruit?

Just curious.

Ps. I believe that a healthy diet is just as important for absolute freedom as having a good financial situation and a strong family life.
