Sends shivers down my spine..
Goosebumps.

"Never before seen" makes me suspicious. How can we know these are legit 16 years later?
If true. Adam knows who Satoshi is. I don't believe these are real though because of the Americanisation of the English. For example they use 'Z' where they would use an 'S' on the cryptography mailing list, which is common knowledge.
Itβs literally an anonymous mailing list

Are you referring to decentraliZed?
yes
Did everyone in the cryptography mailing list always use 's' instead of 'z', though? "Satoshi" is quoting Hal Finney here, and Finney was American...
Is anyone familiar with either of these email addresses being known to have been used by Satoshi? If so, why the change?
Also, nostr:npub1z4m7gkva6yxgvdyclc7zp0vz4ta0s2d9jh8g83w03tp5vdf3kzdsxana6p, what is your source for these documents?
I belive they were used in the trial against Craig Wright.
There is several citations of the crypto mailing list where Satoshi uses Bristish English as opposed to American English. This is common knowledge.
But in your common knowledge, did Hal Finney, who is allegedly quoted here, use British English too?
huh?
If you look at the fourth email dated January 10 2009, "Satoshi" appears to be quoting Hal Finney's overview, perhaps even cutting and pasting it into his own email to Adam. My point is, Hal Finney, as an American, probably did not write in British English, so the 'z' in 'decentralization' may not point to an error on the part of "Satoshi". In fact, I would think it weird if Hal Finney's quote by "Satoshi" here used the British spelling with an 's'.
ah! makes sense now. I read what you replied out of context. thanks for that
did you see these... https://mmalmi.github.io/satoshi/
I hadn't seen that, thanks for sharing.
And here was a good point someone made in regard to this issue:
Legends
Mmm... Satoshi famously asked help in implementing the code and the fact it was programmed in c++ came only known upon first release of btc code.
So false, I'd conclude for now.
what is false?
Writing style changes.
Adam replies within 18 minutes of an email referencing micromint and a separate conversation that happened .. where exactly?
Something feels off in general with this flow, and without raw headers its easy to fake.
Wait β¦ yall tell it like this

I wonder if it would take nostr:npub1qg8j6gdwpxlntlxlkew7eu283wzx7hmj32esch42hntdpqdgrslqv024kw 24 hours to read something that satoshi sent him if he got another email from satoshi tomorrow. π
