No it doesn't. AT best it accepts a bitcoin-fiat payment mechanism like bitpay. The merchant doesnt even see the bitcoin, they don't even have their own address.

Bitpay is a fucking KYC exchange that reduces the value of everyones holdings. The last time I ecountered a merchant that "accepted" "crypto" through Bitpay. I said no thank you. GFY.
