Soap is an extreme intervention, only you know when you should or shouldn't :)

Thing is you have to be committed to actually cleaning yourself & preferably soaking in baths till youre pruney.

Interesting. I've been downsizing my shower setup to the point where all I've got is a linen curtain and a bar of my soap, and now I'm hearing that I can even lighten up on the soap if I want. It's pretty wild, I might try it out for a bit and see how it goes.

Get ready to have the best skin out of everyone you know.

On the days I use soap I use some tallow or face oil to nourish some.

For perspective, I used soap once in January.

I needed it.

Sometimes I put a couple drops of lavender πŸͺ» I got from France for some aroma therapeutics 🀣🀌

Haha, who needs boring old unscented baths when you could at least have it smell nice πŸ˜†

What are your thoughts on Epsom salts and such to soak in?

Once in a while type thing - but also depends on your water source - if mineral deficiency is a problem maybe there's some more intervention with salts needed.

Took my first soapless shower and it feels good. It was a bit more work, sure, but that's ok.

Water is life! That's all we need πŸ’¦

But yes more effort, more proof of work, more balanced skin biome🀌🀝😎

Hell yeah πŸ’ͺ

I've been doing this for a few months now & I'm more shook than when I was fully orange pilled.

Just insane the education we lack from a base level of fucking cleaning ourselves & skin.

Next step for you if not already in your regimen is to Sauna, cleans you out further.

This is just one thing in a long long string of similar discoveries. Being healthy is so cheap when you're not buying a ton of fiat garbage.

It gets pretty hot in Florida. Just need to lie in the sun for a half hour and that gets the job done.

For sure, the soap one just really fucked me up 🀣.

Way cheaper to be ELITE 😎.

Sun is different than sauna, I also get sun & sweat running & tanning but no replacement.
