I’ve got two strikes on Instagram. They’ve started penalizing me by blocking access to some features I don’t even use.
Little do they know they will be doing me a favor if they ban me forever.

What could you possibly post that might get you banned?
I was calling out the hypocrisy of fellow Dominicans that say our Haitians neighbours are predators on a post that brought to light how a whole mountain in the Dominican Republic was deforested for lumber by a Dominican company and no one did anything until it was too late.
I wasn’t calling Haitians predators but the algo doesn’t really care about nuances, context or anything just that some words can’t appear in the comments.
I’ve seen worse comments that don’t get flagged. 😒
I left in 2020 because all me memes got me strikes. So dumb.
