only two days in not drinking but i already feel like i'm coming back to my own house and some dirty bastard has been making a mess in here (literally and figuratively as in the mind)

Feels great. I am not a big drinker anymore and often hit 4-5 months without them and it is refreshing in terms of mental clarity for sure

yeah, i'm done with it, no more at all at all, i'm too prone to falling backwards into this stuff, out of habit of trying to escape from the misery of the world around me that i'm too acutely aware of

oh yeah, i'm already substantially less irritated by the squeaky yapping dogs next door, and less distracted by the cars driving past, alcohol is definitely diminishing attention capacity

Yeah I just don’t enjoy it as much anymore either. Never had addiction problems thankfully but just don’t enjoy the buzz or high anymore. Stoner here, productive, but that’s about all I mess with 🤷‍♂️

yeah, nah, i'm done with all of them, except the espresso at this point

i beat back the type 2 diabetes almost have none of the symptoms that were making my life utter shit, even with the drinking, but there was these other things that i am pretty sure are due to the load on my liver and kidneys, some minor kidney stones, and sluggish immune system that is giving me some kind of allergic rash on my hands and elbows and these damn demodex mites

i have a theory that with no alcohol and plenty of water by the end of this month i'll be working out again, like liminal is saying

i am already physically looking a lot better, i had gone on a milk diet but it was too much carbs and i got pudgy, like, maybe fatter than ever, but now it's almost back to normal

ooof... normal, but now no energy drinks, no sugar, no ice cream, no potato chips, no seed oils - and all by itself this is giving me so much more energy and focus

That’s legit. Congrats on kicking diabetes btw, that’s no joke difficult. Besides weed I am seed oil free, I don’t snack on crap anymore and am huge on fitness and exercising daily, grappling, mma. I just have an extensive injury past and addiction is all around me family and friend wise so weed helps deal with pain so I don’t end up on pain killers or worse. But I totally get the clean route besides the ol espresso for you. If you have any questions/concerns exercise wise let me know, I’m a personal trainer and have basically learned how to walk again twice after devastating lower body injuries. 🤷‍♂️✌️🫶🫂
