Depending on what wallet you sent it from, it should be dropped after 2-3 weeks in the mems

I see it has dropped, just need to figure out how to get rid of the unconfirmed in the wallet it was supposed to go to. Thanks!
The wallet that can see the unconfirmed Tx is connecting to a node that has a copy of the unconfirmed Tx.
If the unconfirmed Tx is not visible from your other wallet, it just means that the node that the wallet is connected to, doesn't have a copy of it.

You can't really cancel a valid signed transaction that's been broadcasted.
It will likely eventually get added to the timechain. Do you remember how low your fee was?
It appears to be dropped.
Fee was really low, 40 sats/vB
I consider anything over 10 sats/vB pretty reasonable for a fee. 40 sats/vB probably has it in most people's mempools now.
I'd be very very surprised if this Tx gets "lost" or forgotten. Each node holds a collection of unconfirmed valid transactions it deems important (each node has its own mempool). Each node talks to its peers & shares unconfirmed Txs it knows about.
A largely unknown transaction can propogate through the network quite quickly in this way.
The only way to cancel a transaction is to make it no longer valid by spending the UTxO with a higher fee. It's essentially a double spend attempt & nodes will reject that other, lower fee Tx as invalid.
