So I'm logged in to both iris and nostrgram. I'm mainly using iris. Wanted to check out nostrgram again, and I noticed first of all in the settings that I had a different set of relays than I do on iris (an old set, because I've mainly been using iris as I mentioned). I did not bother with the relays and figured they would update at some point to my latest list. I went ahead and set a default background image (which is what I wanted to try). This apparently also published that old relay list, which synced to my other clients iris & Amethyst.

Ah yes, that would definitely cause issues. Unless you refresh NostrGram to load your latest list it will write the list you see in the Settings. When you're dealing with a decentralized network like Nostr you have to deal with things like that. So next time refresh NostrGram first, then check Settings to make sure your relay list is correct before updating the Settings.

Gotcha. Seems like a UI issue to me, TBH. The other clients I've used have a button specifically for publishing updates to the relay list. Nostrgram has that baked in to updating any settings, which was certainly unexpected (for me).

Fair point. I'll see about adding code so it only pushes changes if a relay setting actually got changed.
