After Covid I also had some some long covid symptoms, like fatigue, brain fog etc. For me the key to recovery was to increase physical activity, step by step, to normal levels. And to stop worry constantly about my health.

I wouldn't rely on some future miraculous medicine, that scientists would eventually come up with. In my opinion, the problem with long covid lies largely in a patient's head. I learned it on my own example.
