After Covid I also had some some long covid symptoms, like fatigue, brain fog etc. For me the key to recovery was to increase physical activity, step by step, to normal levels. And to stop worry constantly about my health.
I wouldn't rely on some future miraculous medicine, that scientists would eventually come up with. In my opinion, the problem with long covid lies largely in a patient's head. I learned it on my own example.
ODELL, you sound like a typical COVID Denier. FYI Long COVID is a huge problem impacting millions of people and adding to the increasing economic destruction globally. Chris’ story is tragic but unfortunately hardly unique despite everyone foolishly wanting to play pretend that the worst pandemic in known human history is "all over." I‘m very sorry for Chris's situation.
For me it seems he needs urgently a heavy detox process for his body. Means intensive cleansing by kind of special fasting cure, followed up by increasing nutrition level.
One additional way for detox would be to use The Root products starting with e.g. Clean Slate to eliminate all toxins which cause his current state.

I don’t know Chris, but this account tracks with other people’s experiences with ‘long covid’.
It has a range of symptoms, but it can get so bad that it’s basically, ‘you’re dead, but have fun living’.
It’s not bs, it’s verifiable, it has stricken young people and debilitated them.
