In the context of depleting linoleic acid rapidly, you need to be as aggressive as you can handle reducing fat.

Therefor, zero or near zero dairy fat.

Of course, if you can't handle it, some diary fat might give you the stamina to keep this going longer, but for me I'd rather it be more painful for a shorter period of time so that I can return to a low/mod fat diet of my liking.

This is a temporary protocol only.

Don't fly blind: get your labs.

Thanks for the detailed info, always appreciate your posts!

A bit pricey but I love Vibrant's tests.

If you aren't explicitly trying to turbo deplete linoleic acid, then just play the long game with your standard peaty diet, which is of course high dairy of all sorts.

My personality generally does better with less extreme, expect with peating I have seen the benefits of locking down for a short period of time to make things much easier in the long run

For example the way I adjusted to using carbs for fuel was by going very low fat and even low protein during the day for almost a month and this helped immensely.

So considering this rapid linoleum acid depletion protocol for long run benefits!
