Facebook is so gay. I'm trying to make an account just to start live streaming county commission meetings and I jumped through all their hoops and they still say I'm not not who i say I am.

Don't make it GVT related.
Turn it into a "personality/professional" page, like so many simpfluencers do to get monetized with their useless quotes of the day every ten seconds.
& they'll for sure "accept" ya' into the Zuckerberg fold.
Literally can't do anything past initial creation
I'm sure the way the pages work over there is different than over here. But, seriously, I used to be a GVT employee & we had to create PERSONAL pages, then GROUPS, and invite our co-workers into the groups.
It's been a constant evolution. I stopped using FB for many reasons. I limit it to family news on occasion.
I was recently encouraged to revive my "Professional" page, I haven't cuz there is just so much to cram & currently I'm grief stricken and all I can afford to grasp is distractions & doing things I'm familiar with.
But, my personal page was "verified" by allowing them face capture me. Same when I went to create my "professional" page (personality/creator page) it just let me, then later asked to verify the same way.
Since I am not working on it and I am not active with it, I am not completing any more verification steps because I believe, If was to decide to be active with it, it will ask for banking information since their ultimate goal is tying faces, to GVT IDs, to bank accounts to close the trifecta loop on us all.
