Nomadic friends - how do you deal with forms requiring a 'permanent address'? (Separately, I also need to figure out something to do about *physical mail* that doesn't cost a ton.)

Was paying 18$ a month and there was a year I only picked up junk mail and was like fuck this.. been using random friends addresses since if I really need something but its pretty rare
