An internet blackout is super painful. Even more so in times of war and uncertainty, I'm sure.
Could it be seen as a legitimate defence measure against an enemy with advanced spying capabilities set on assassinating key, important people in Iran?

Could it be seen as a legitimate defence measure against an enemy with advanced spying capabilities set on assassinating key, important people in Iran?
They do this often when there is threat of major opposition/protest against the government so it's hard for me to view it any other way than oppressive.
