I would be surprised if Harris ran at all given it is uncommon for someone trounced to try again. I am sure there will be a bunch of new people but it will come down to some diet republicans versus say AOC/Buttigieg and any progressive challenger will be squashed again. I think though the republicans will also not have any obvious good challenge so it could go either way
