They convert after you provide the somatic component for the spell to lift the curse, turning into a lvl 20 cleric prince with the ability to summon his Rod of Majesty to lift your spirits giving you a +2 bonus to all Charisma checks and a -2 to all Will saves for the next 2 hours.
