Simplex notifications work fine for me?

For me the biggest issue is to have to trust the Simple X server to not track you.

Whats wrong with notifications?

I do, have all notifs off.

KYC everywhere is my biggest concern. Too much personal data flying around.

Then again notifications tend to contribute to the attention roulette trying to maximise the time we spend watching ads. "Hey this user hasn't checked our app in the last 30 minutes, let's remind them who really owns their brain." I daresay fuck notifications.

I mostly get a notification. Sometimes I have to restart the app..
