Where did Jesus Christ say you need to believe he is God?

I think he is inferring to the Trinity and Christ is the son of God. When looking at the Trinity though... Father, son and holy Spirit. I could be wrong though

I understand the church doctrine, my question is where Christ instructed the church or his apostles that salvation is through believing in a Trinity and that he is part of it.

In John 14:6, Jesus declares "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

The Trinity is self evident for those who study God's word.

Belief in Jesus is granted by God, as man are utterly depraved and are unable even to believe, much less persevere in Christ.

Those who are regenerated by God, called into Christ, come to know of the trinity by studying the word.

John 6:37, 44: "All those the Father gives me will come to me... No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws them, and I will raise them up at the last day."

Used Grok to query some verses on the trinity:

- Matthew 28:19: "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." (The singular "name" implies one God in three persons.)

- 2 Corinthians 13:14: "May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all." (A benediction invoking all three equally.)

- Ephesians 4:4-6: "There is one body and one Spirit... one Lord [Jesus], one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all..." (Unity across the three persons.)

1 Peter 1:2: "Who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to be obedient to Jesus Christ..."

I can throw 10 books at you proving otherwise using the same verses.
